Jesus requires His followers to care for people both spiritually and physically, fulfilling both the Great Commandment (Mark 12:28-34) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20).

All Christians must embrace God’s heart for the poor and needy. God wants His people to care for people the way He does—for their entire well-being

Meeting Training Needs
of Frontline Workers

We believe the church is the vehicle for God’s glory—the ordained model for individual and community transformation. To aid in the reproduction of local churches in unreached areas, M3 utilizes a proven training methodology known as The Four Fields to train local, frontline church planters being sent as missionaries. This training method includes:

1. Entry – Entering new fields requires effective evangelism and training of new believers. These individuals are then sent to other unreached areas.

2. Gospel – Equipped believers spread the Gospel throughout a community and lead others to follow Jesus.

3. Discipleship – New believers gather into newly planted church communities for Christian discipleship.

4. Church Formation – Forming new and healthy churches is the key to moving toward a sustained gospel presence in a people group.

5. Leadership Development – M3 continually works to identify and train leaders who will embrace this methodology in pursuit of the Great Commission through the multiplication of disciples, churches, and leaders, until there is no place left to go.

Meeting Physical Needs
of Frontline Workers

Church planters working in unreached areas are typically bi-vocational and often suffer financially due to drought, famine, and economic depression in the areas where they labor. Crises also occurs when these frontline workers are persecuted for following Jesus. The provision of emergency food aid, housing, transportation, and medical services are often needed, particularly when workers have been imprisoned or lost their livelihood for following Jesus.
