Dear Friends,
One of the most strategic ways M3 Global serves the global Church is by investing in the next generation of pastors, church planters and ministry leaders. Across the regions where we serve, God is calling a new generation to faithfully proclaim the gospel where it’s never been heard and to start churches in places where there are none. We are continually encouraged to see that God is at work raising up leaders for His Kingdom. Our role is to help local leaders identify these emerging leaders, disciple them, train them and walk alongside them as they grow into faithful servants who will impact their communities for generations to come.
Our leadership development and multiplication training and coaching combines biblical and theological study with practical ministry experience. Future pastors and ministry leaders are learning how to handle God’s Word faithfully, disciple others, share the gospel, plant churches and shepherd believers through both joys and hardships. Many of these leaders are practicing these skills in areas where ministry requires courage, perseverance and unwavering trust in God. Through these experiences, they are being shaped into leaders who can stand firm in their faith and guide others to do the same.
The impact of investing in leaders reaches far beyond one individual. Every pastor trained, every church planter equipped and every ministry leader discipled creates opportunities for countless others to hear the gospel and grow in Christ. Paul’s instruction in 2 Timothy 2:2 remains central to our mission: “What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, commit to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” This multiplication of disciples and leaders is one of the most effective ways the Church can continue advancing the gospel in every nation and among every people group.
God’s pattern has always been one of raising up leaders through discipleship and faithful obedience. We are witnessing that same pattern today as God calls believers to serve Him in strategic ministry roles throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). It is a privilege for M3 to come alongside these leaders during such a critical season of preparation and growth.
As you pray for M3 Global, please ask the Lord to bless and strengthen the leaders He sends our way. Pray for their wisdom, courage, protection, and endurance as they serve in restricted access areas. Pray that they would remain grounded in His Word, faithful to their calling, and bold in proclaiming Christ. We are also asking God to continue raising up more laborers for the harvest, remembering Jesus’ words in Matthew 9:37–38: “The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.”
