With so many crises raging around the globe these days, I thought it would be a great time to share some encouraging news in regards to the work God is doing through M3 Global and its ministry partners like you. Before doing so, a quick reminder of M3’s purpose for existing might be helpful.

M3 and its frontline partners are fully committed to pursuing the same agenda taught and modeled by Jesus for getting the Good News of God’s Kingdom to all people. This agenda involves a commitment to engaging new fields of unreached people groups, sowing the gospel message, nurturing new growth through short- and long-term discipleship, bundling the harvest through church formation, and developing leaders to go out and repeat the process. This approach has proven to be effective for the rapid multiplication of disciples and churches. Most importantly, God is glorified through it as the name of Jesus is lifted up to a lost and hurting world!

Here at M3, we focus on equipping and encouraging local, like-minded leaders (like Assefa pictured right), who are also committed to this process. While most of our work is done primarily in North Africa and the Middle East, we go wherever God instructs us to go. With surrendered lives, we seek to do His will for the sake of His Kingdom, wherever that might take us.  By remaining committed to this approach in 2024, M3 has . . .

– engaged six unreached people groups
– worked in five regions throughout North Africa and the Middle East
– equipped 195 local leaders in multi-day trainings
– provided 85 hours of 1:1 or small group coaching
– partnered with three new frontline ministries

From this snapshot you can see that our focus is on training small groups of leaders because it is a proven method for rapid multiplication. In fact, 92% of the leaders trained this year have indicated they are in the process of using what they learned to train other leaders. Each has made a commitment to equip at least 100 additional leaders in small group trainings within a 12-month period. This is why we are confident of the impact being made. This is the kind of multiplication that leads to disciple making and church planting movements resulting in fruitful kingdom growth.

As awful as the world might seem at times, let’s continue to remind each other that nothing can thwart God’s plan to reach the nations and that we must persevere in this work until all have heard Jesus’ name.
